Our normal processing time is 2-3 business days. During sales you can expect a processing time of 3-10 business days.
Due to the overwhelming number of orders that we have received we feel most comfortable with this processing time because it gives us the amount of time needed to do quality control& make sure that each order is correct. Because our processing time is 3-10 business days we do ask that you order your hair at least 2-3 weeks in advance due to any unforeseen issues that may occur.
Any orders places after placed after 5PM(EST) will be processed the next business day. For example, if you order at 5:00pm on a Monday your order will not process until that Tuesday.
Once your order is processed it cannot be canceled.
If you pay with an e-check your order will not begin processing until your payment clears!
Shipping time is 2-3 business days through USPS priority mail shipping with insurance. If you would like express shipping please email us at email@example.com and we will invoice you the extra costs.
Refunds and exchanges.
Luxe Hair Boutique has a strict quality control process and we do our best to ensure that no "bad batches" are sent out. In the unusual event that you do receive a bad batch. Exchanges will be accepted within the first 48 hours if we are at fault. If there is probable cause for an exchange you must ship the hair to us in its original packaging and it cannot be altered at all! This means it should not be washed, unbundled, colored etc in anyway. Due to federal law we cannot and will not except exchanges on hair that has been altered in anyway. There will be NO REFUNDS. All refunds will be converted to a store credit unless their is a mistake on the part of Luxe Hair Boutique. All hair is FINAL SALE
